Author(s) should send the manuscript(s) to the Secretariat by March 31, 1999.

1) The paper will not be included in the proceeding, if it does not reach the secretariat by March 31, 1999,

2) The paper must be presented at the workshop by one of its authors,

3) All information about the paper that will not be presented ("no show") will be forwarded to future Analog VLSI Workshop committees.
