A block of rooms in the Grand Hotel have been reserved for the workshop attendees. 
The room availability will be guaranteed until the group room block is full. It is 
vital that the hotel reservations reach the Grand Hotel by April 2 to have the special 
workshop rates. The rates will be available for Arrival on May 4 and Departure on May 10. 
First night deposit is required to confirm any reservation. No refund for no-show on 
the arrival date or cancellation later than 72 hours to the arrival. 
( CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. )
